Odd11 Terms & Conditions – Complete Platform Usage Guidelines

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member" or "User") and odd11 ("Platform", "We", "odd11"). This document governs all aspects of your use of the odd11 online Sports Betting and casino platform, including the website, mobile app, and all related services.

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, or using any feature of the odd11 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions and all other policies published by odd11 from time to time.

Odd11 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is your responsibility to review this document periodically to ensure you remain compliant with the latest version.

To be eligible to register for and use the odd11 platform, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You may only hold one active account on odd11 at any given time. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is a serious violation.

When registering for an odd11 account, you are required to provide true, accurate, and complete information, including your full name, an active Malaysian phone number, date of birth, and a valid email address. odd11 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time, including a copy of your valid Malaysian identity card or passport.

You are solely responsible for keeping your odd11 account password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. All activity carried out through your account — whether by you or anyone else — is entirely your responsibility.

• Passwords must be at least 8 characters long and include a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Do not reuse the same password across other platforms.
• Odd11 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for additional account security.

All financial transactions on the odd11 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). odd11 supports the following local Malaysian payment methods:

• E-Wallet: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay
• Bank Transfer: DuitNow, FPX via Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks

The minimum deposit at odd11 is RM10 per transaction. Daily and weekly deposit limits may apply based on your VIP tier and the discretion of the odd11 compliance team. All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name — deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

Every bonus and promotion at odd11 is subject to rollover requirements (wagering requirements) clearly stated on the relevant promotions page. A rollover requirement means you must wager the bonus amount a specified number of times before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per promotion unless otherwise stated.
• Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus is a serious violation and will result in the forfeiture of all bonuses and account closure.

All bets placed on the odd11 platform are final once confirmed by the system. This includes sports bets on the Malaysia Liga Super, English Premier League, Thomas & Uber Cup badminton, IPL cricket, Mobile Legends and Valorant esports, as well as all Live Casino games, slots, and baccarat.

Odd11 reserves the right to void or revise bets in the following circumstances:

• Technical errors or significant odds discrepancies resulting from system faults.
• The match result was officially amended by the relevant sports governing body.
• There is strong evidence that a bet was placed using insider information or through fraudulent means.
• Betting markets were incorrectly closed due to an odd11 system error.

For live casino and slots games on odd11, all game outcomes are determined by an independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG). odd11 is not liable for internet connectivity disruptions that cause a game session to be interrupted. In such cases, the odd11 system will record the last known game state before the disruption and resolve it accordingly.

Minimum and maximum bet limits for each market or game are set by odd11 and may vary depending on the game type, the member's VIP tier, and platform risk management decisions. These limits are subject to change without prior notice.

Odd11 has a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of fraud, abuse, or conduct that compromises the integrity of the platform. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Opening multiple accounts — each individual is permitted to hold only one odd11 account.
• Bonus abuse – using coordinated methods, fake accounts, or another person's identity to claim bonuses fraudulently.
• Money Laundering – using the odd11 platform to conceal or transfer illegally obtained funds.
• Use of automated software or bots – using any automation tools, third-party software, or scripts to manipulate games or bets.
• Cyber attacks – any attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise odd11's technical infrastructure.
• Bet manipulation – colluding with other parties to manipulate the outcome of a match or casino game.
• Identity Fraud – registering using another person's name, identity card number, or personal details.

Odd11 reserves the right to suspend or close any member account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to verify a member's identity when requested.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Instructions from legal authorities or regulatory bodies.
• Account inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their odd11 account may contact the support team via live chat or email at support@odd11.net. Prior to closure, all eligible balances will be processed for withdrawal to the registered payment method, subject to all rollover requirements and KYC procedures being fully met.

In the context of responsible gaming, members who need a temporary break from the odd11 platform may request an account suspension of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 6 months through the account settings section. A long-term self-exclusion option is also available for members who require it.

The odd11 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. odd11 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of the platform for any particular purpose.

Odd11 is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from:

• Use of or inability to use the odd11 platform.
• Technical disruptions, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues.
• Any betting or gaming outcome made based on information available on the platform.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence.
• Losses arising from reliance on third-party information displayed on the platform.

Odd11's maximum total liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Odd11 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the odd11 platform, and notice may be sent via email or in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the odd11 platform after any amendments to these Terms & Conditions are published constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the amendments, you are required to stop using the odd11 platform and may close your account in accordance with the procedure set out in Section 8.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where odd11 holds its licence. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between both parties.
